From the narrow lanes of Hyderabad to the coastal aromas of Karnataka/ Kerala, we were raised in kitchens where food wasn’t just sustenance—it was ritual, celebration, and identity.

Why We Cook

We created SOL to share that very essence with you. Not a watered-down version of Indian cuisine—but the real thing: unapologetically bold, deeply comforting, and proudly rooted in our motherland. Every dish we serve is a tribute: to our grandmothers who taught us the rhythm of roti-making; to the street vendors whose chaat left our fingers stained with tamarind and spice; and to the sacred fire of the tandoor that taught us patience, precision, and passion.
